Free Shipping - promotional free shipping is currently available on all orders (normally free over £20).

Dispatch time: 12–24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Delivery estimates:

UK & EU: 3–7 business days

US & International: 3–7 business days

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Address changes: Contact support within 12 hours of ordering after dispatch we can’t reroute parcels.

Customs/duties: For non-UK orders, local taxes and duties (if any) are paid by the customer.
