• Easy returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Returning item should be in original condition with all accessories.

We’ll email return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Refunds

Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability - please mention exchange in your email.

Defects / DOA

If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you - please send photos within 7 days of delivery.

Hygiene note: Light wear from testing is fine, but heavily used or damaged items may receive a partial refund.
